So far, this is the best natural deodorant we have found, tested, and use daily. It contains baking soda (they do have a baking soda free version) and arrow root to help control sweat - which it does! This is the only deodorant we have tried that seems to actually, slightly, help with the amount of sweat produced. But really kids, you do NOT want to stop your body from sweating. Your body sweats to get rid of toxins (which is a whole other post)!! It comes in a variety of scents and there is even a strong formula available in jar form.
This was the reigning deodorant before we tried Pit Paste. The only thing we think Pit Paste does better is help with a little of the actual sweat. GreenBody does a great job of keeping you smelling fresh through the day (even through a workout). We haven't tried all the scents but think the Balance works best. One of the originals in clean deodorant, Schmidt's is still a cult favorite among many. It now comes in a stick form which makes it easier to use and all the scents are fabulous (bergamot-lime is our fave)! We did find that it does not last quite as long as the other 2 brands - it needed to be reapplied after a workout. That aside, it is another solid option for [clean green] deodorant!
